The piece you are purchasing is unique, handmade with much affection and dedication, it has been created following a pattern to make others following the same line, but they will never be the same. It contains some imperfections typical of the handcrafted process.
SEND CONDITIONS:
All items are sent gift wrapped. Preparation time is 1 to 2 business days. The order is made through the courier company Correos with certified delivery service and tracking number.
- National shipping for this item is 10€ with a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days.
- To Europe 25€ with a delivery time of 7 to 10 working days.
- For the rest of the world 45€ with a delivery time according to the country’s customs.
If you want the package to arrive earlier than established, please contact me.
I am not responsible for shipping costs with wrong delivery details. In these cases, the customer must bear the costs of a second shipment.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS:
If the piece does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within a maximum of 5 days from delivery.
In returns I do not take charge of shipping costs.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1.Send me an email to info@saragomezcollado.com with the details of your order and the return request. I will answer you by providing the shipping information for your return if it is within the deadlines.
2. You must send me the package in the same condition that you received it. I am not responsible for the pieces if they arrive broken.
3. Once the piece arrives and it is checked that it is in perfect condition, I will proceed to return it within 5 working days.
